Sign out
Use Sign out in the account controls when you have finished, particularly on a shared device. In these guides, the signed-in account controls also offer Sign out.
Sign in again
If a protected page asks you to sign in again, use your school account. If you used the wrong account, sign out and return with the correct one.
Still unable to open a page
Check your account and role with your school administrator. Access to a link does not mean your account is authorised to view the page. Use Get help if you need further assistance.
